These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Feluuna website, online store, products, services, features, and related communications.
Feluuna is owned and operated by MTI Landin LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (“Feluuna,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or purchasing any product.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our website or purchase products from Feluuna.

Feluuna offers consumer products primarily designed for cats and their owners.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, materials, features, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, actual products may contain reasonable variations in color, finish, appearance, packaging, components, dimensions, or other characteristics due to manufacturing processes, supplier updates, product improvements, photography, lighting, screen settings, or other circumstances.
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, update, replace, discontinue, or limit the availability of products at any time without prior notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed.

4. PET HEALTH AND PRODUCT SAFETY
Information provided through the Feluuna website is intended for general informational and commercial purposes only.
Nothing on our website should be interpreted as veterinary, medical, health, or other professional advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise and supported as required by applicable law, Feluuna products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical condition.
Customers remain responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual pet.
Products must be assembled, operated, cleaned, maintained, and stored according to the instructions supplied with the product.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the condition of their products and discontinuing use if a product appears damaged, unsafe, or unsuitable for continued operation.
If you have concerns regarding your cat’s health, hydration, behavior, or medical condition, you should consult a qualified veterinarian.

5. ORDERS
By placing an order through Feluuna, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment authorization, and fraud prevention procedures.
Feluuna reserves the right to refuse, limit, reject, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
• suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
• incorrect pricing or product information;
• inventory or supplier availability issues;
• payment processing problems;
• inaccurate or incomplete customer information;
• technical or system errors;
• suspected abusive purchasing activity; or
• circumstances that prevent us or our fulfillment partners from reasonably completing the order.
If Feluuna cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, and the cancellation is not attributable to fraud or another applicable exception, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment has been successfully completed.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information before completing checkout, including:
• the product selected;
• product quantity;
• shipping address;
• billing information;
• customer contact information; and
• any other order details.
Once payment has been completed, the order is considered final and may immediately enter our automated processing and fulfillment system.
Orders may be transmitted to suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment partners, logistics providers, or other third-party service providers shortly after payment confirmation.
For this reason, Feluuna cannot guarantee or provide customer-requested cancellations, modifications, product substitutions, quantity changes, or address changes after payment has been completed.
This provision does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

7. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and during checkout.
Feluuna reserves the right to modify product prices, promotions, discounts, or offers at any time without prior notice.
Changes in pricing will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except in circumstances involving an obvious pricing, technical, or system error and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers represent and warrant that they are legally authorized to use the payment method provided during checkout.
Orders may be subject to payment authorization, identity verification, fraud prevention, or other security procedures conducted by Feluuna or its third-party payment service providers.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees, where relevant, may be calculated and displayed during checkout.

8. SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Feluuna currently sells and ships products within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays in the United States.
Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
Processing may occasionally take longer due to high order volume, holidays, product availability, supplier delays, fulfillment circumstances, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Estimated Delivery
Following order processing, estimated delivery generally takes approximately 3–10 business days.
Customers should therefore generally allow approximately 4–12 business days from order confirmation for processing and delivery under normal circumstances.
All processing, shipping, and delivery timeframes provided by Feluuna are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, except where expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
Actual delivery times may vary due to the customer’s location, carrier operations, fulfillment location, product availability, holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, high shipping volume, supplier processing, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside Feluuna’s reasonable control.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Feluuna may use third-party suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment partners, logistics companies, and shipping carriers to process and deliver customer orders.
Products may therefore be stored, processed, packaged, and/or shipped by third-party fulfillment providers on behalf of Feluuna.
The use of third-party fulfillment providers does not eliminate Feluuna’s obligations to customers where such obligations exist under applicable law.
Customer Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
Customers should carefully verify their full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and any other delivery information before completing payment.
Because orders cannot be canceled or modified after payment has been completed, it is especially important that all information be reviewed before the order is submitted.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Feluuna is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional expenses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
Certain shipping circumstances may be outside Feluuna’s direct control once a package has entered a carrier’s network.
Estimated delivery dates may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, holidays, logistical problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe does not automatically mean that a package has been lost or automatically entitle the customer to a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

9. SEVEN-DAY RETURN REQUEST PERIOD
Subject to the requirements and exclusions contained in these Terms and our Refund Policy, customers may submit an eligible return request within seven (7) calendar days following delivery of the product.
The seven-day period begins on the date on which carrier tracking information or other reliable delivery information indicates that the order was delivered.

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval of a return, refund, replacement, or other remedy.
Each request may be reviewed by Feluuna to determine whether it satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements.
Customers may be required to provide:
• their order number;
• their name and email address;
• a detailed explanation of the issue;
• clear photographs of the product;
• video evidence showing the reported malfunction;
• photographs of packaging;
• proof of delivery; and/or
• other reasonable documentation necessary to evaluate the claim.
Return requests submitted outside the seven-day period may be denied, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

10. DEFECTIVE OR NON-FUNCTIONAL PRODUCTS
Feluuna provides a limited seven (7) calendar day claim period for products delivered with a functional defect that prevents the product from substantially performing its essential intended function.
The customer must notify Feluuna of the claimed functional defect within seven calendar days following delivery.
For purposes of this policy, a product will generally be considered functionally defective when it fails to perform its essential intended function despite being properly assembled, installed, connected, operated, cleaned, and maintained according to the applicable instructions.
The defect must not have been caused by misuse, accident, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, improper installation, external damage, or another circumstance arising after delivery.
Feluuna reserves the right to request reasonable evidence before approving a claim.
This evidence may include photographs, videos clearly demonstrating the malfunction, troubleshooting information, proof of purchase, packaging photographs, product identification information, or other documentation reasonably necessary to determine the nature and cause of the reported problem.
Customers agree to reasonably cooperate with troubleshooting procedures when requested.
Where an eligible functional defect is verified, Feluuna will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. COSMETIC DAMAGE AND EXCLUSIONS
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, Feluuna’s seven-day functional defect coverage does not cover purely cosmetic or aesthetic imperfections that do not materially interfere with the normal operation or essential intended function of the product.
Cosmetic conditions may include, without limitation:
• minor scratches;
• superficial marks;
• minor discoloration;
• slight differences in finish;
• small manufacturing marks;
• minor visual imperfections;
• reasonable variations in color, texture, or appearance;
• damage limited exclusively to packaging where the product itself remains functional; or
• other aesthetic conditions that do not prevent normal operation of the product.
A purely aesthetic imperfection that does not materially impair the product’s functionality will not ordinarily qualify as a functional defect under this policy.
The limited functional defect coverage also does not apply to problems resulting from:
• improper or unintended use;
• accidents;
• drops or impacts;
• physical damage occurring after delivery;
• incorrect installation or assembly;
• failure to follow instructions;
• unauthorized modifications or repairs;
• improper electrical connections or power sources;
• improper cleaning;
• failure to perform appropriate maintenance;
• normal wear and tear;
• damage caused by pets, children, or other persons;
• exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions;
• intentional damage; or
• any other cause unrelated to a defect existing when the product was delivered.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. NO ADDITIONAL COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
Unless Feluuna expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific product, no additional voluntary commercial warranty is provided beyond the policies expressly described in these Terms and our applicable Refund Policy.
Any warranty independently provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or other third party may be governed by separate terms established by that party.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts warranties, consumer protections, statutory rights, or other remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All return and refund requests are subject to these Terms and our Refund Policy.
Customers must contact Feluuna before attempting to return a product.
Products should not be sent to our company address or any other address unless Feluuna has expressly provided return instructions or authorized the return.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Where a return is approved, customers must follow the instructions provided by Feluuna.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an approved remedy may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Where a monetary refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Banks, credit card companies, payment processors, and other financial institutions may require additional time to reflect an approved refund in the customer’s account. Such third-party processing periods are outside Feluuna’s direct control.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND FULFILLMENT PROVIDERS
Feluuna may rely on third parties to operate portions of its business.
These parties may include ecommerce platforms, payment processors, fraud prevention providers, suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics services, advertising platforms, customer service technology, and other service providers.
Customers acknowledge that certain aspects of order processing, payment, fulfillment, and delivery may therefore involve third-party providers.
Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Feluuna is not responsible for the independent content or practices of third-party websites that customers voluntarily access through external links, subject to applicable law.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Feluuna brand and original website content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, product presentation, logos, icons, designs, layouts, marketing materials, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to MTI Landin LLC or the applicable rights holder.
Such content may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected Feluuna materials without prior authorization from MTI Landin LLC or the applicable rights holder.
Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of Feluuna’s intellectual property to any user or customer.

Users may not use the Feluuna website or services:
• for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• to violate applicable laws or regulations;
• to infringe intellectual property rights;
• to transmit viruses, malware, malicious software, or harmful code;

• to interfere with the security or normal operation of the website;
• to impersonate another individual or entity;
• to intentionally submit false or misleading information;
• to conduct fraudulent payment activity;
• to systematically scrape or collect website information without authorization;
• to exploit the website for unauthorized commercial purposes; or
• to engage in conduct that could harm Feluuna, MTI Landin LLC, our customers, or third parties.
Feluuna reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to its website or services where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

20. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AND PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for using Feluuna products appropriately, safely, and only for their intended purposes.
Customers must follow applicable instructions relating to assembly, installation, cleaning, operation, maintenance, and storage.
For products involving both water and electrical components, customers should exercise appropriate care and regularly inspect the product and its electrical components.
Customers should immediately discontinue use if a product, cable, power source, pump, or other component appears damaged or unsafe.
Customers are responsible for providing appropriate supervision of their pets when reasonably necessary and for keeping products properly maintained.

21. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MTI Landin LLC, Feluuna, and their respective members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, service providers, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or products, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
